How we help.
Four levels, from a local shopper’s search to a collection you can prepare.
Be found.
Give a local shopper a reason to walk through your door.
- Local visibility for your range and opening hours
- New-arrival stories linked to a product page
- Product pages show the agreed stock status
- Store enquiries keep the product reference attached

Be heard.
Make helpful service easy to recommend.
- Invite feedback after collection
- Answer product questions in plain language
- Review requests follow completed shop orders
- Reply drafts stay with the staff member approving them

Be remembered.
Keep the regular’s request close to their record.
- Restock messages customers actually asked for
- Relevant offers for opted-in regulars
- Purchase preferences connected to the POS record
- Restock requests checked against the stock feed

Be ordered again.
Bring the website order to the right shelf.
- Direct-store offers your team can fulfil
- Clear collection information
- Online orders reserve stock under your store rules
- Staff mark collection orders ready in one place

Behind each level: software built around the way you work.
Start with your working day.
“We promise stock that has already left the shelf.”
“A regular’s request to hear about a restock gets forgotten.”
