- basic technical information about website visits (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate region). Our website analytics does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
We collect information directly from you. You can contact us without giving your name, but we may not be able to help fully.
2. Why we use it
- to reply to your enquiry and arrange your free check or call;

3. Marketing by WhatsApp, email and SMS
When you give us your phone number or email address, for example in a free check, contact or booking form, we will use them to send you marketing about our services, offers, events and useful updates by WhatsApp, email and SMS, in line with Australian privacy and spam laws.
- We tell you this where we collect your details, before you submit a form.
- Every marketing message says it is from Zenith and tells you how to stop it.
- You can opt out at any time: reply STOP to an SMS or WhatsApp message, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or contact us. We action your request within 5 business days.
- Opting out of marketing does not stop service messages about work you have asked us to do.
- We do not sell your personal information or share it with others for their own marketing.
We follow the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) for commercial electronic messages.
4. Who we share it with

Some of these providers and team members store or access information outside Australia, including in the United States, Japan, Singapore and India. Before disclosing information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistent with the APPs, including through provider terms and confidentiality agreements.
6. Keeping it secure
We use reputable providers, access controls, two-factor login and limited team access to protect your information. We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or to meet legal and record-keeping obligations, then delete or de-identify it. No online system is completely secure. If we become aware of a data breach likely to cause serious harm, we will notify you and the OAIC as the law requires.
