SOUND FAMILIAR?

Start with your working day.

“A cancellation leaves a space we cannot fill quickly.”

“Recall reminders and the appointment diary do not agree.”

Illustrative owner situations.

Works alongside tools like…

Core Practice, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace.

We connect your tools. We check access and available connections with you before the fixed quote.

Bring the process that frustrates you. We’ll work out what to build.

A few things to know.

Can recall messages check the dental diary first?

We review the practice system’s connection options and agree a booking-status check, so a patient who has already booked does not receive another recall prompt.

Can a cancellation be offered to a waitlist?

With consent and the practice’s rules, we can notify an appropriate waitlist contact. Reception confirms suitability and the final appointment.

How much does it cost?

We quote after the free 30-minute call: a clear, fixed scope.

Do we need to replace our existing tools?

We start with what you have and connect it where practical.

What happens after launch?

We help your team use the system, measure what changes and improve it.
