What We're Looking For

Taste + Business Sense

We care more about your instinct and outcome focus than a perfect CV.

✓2–4 years of marketing, social media or content creation experience
✓Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and Google Business Profile
✓Excellent copywriting and caption craft — you make captions that convert
✓Comfort filming and editing mobile-first content
✓Experience with local SEO and review management fundamentals
✓Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut or equivalent)
✓Proactive, organized and laser-focused on measurable business outcomes
Nice to Have

★Hospitality or restaurant industry experience (2+ years)
★Portfolio of Instagram/TikTok accounts with strong engagement metrics
