CASE STUDY · CHILLI INDIA

We built Chilli India’s Biryani Day registration system.

2,500 registrations in 6 hours · Melbourne + Sydney · 11 branches on WhatsApp.

Chilli India
01 · THE BRIEF

A free biryani for everyone who registered.

Chilli India wanted to run Biryani Day across its Melbourne and Sydney restaurants without queues at the counter or a paper list at each branch. Every registration had to reach the right branch, and staff needed a way to confirm each person on the day.

02 · WHAT WE BUILT

One registration flow, from form to counter.

03 · ON THE DAY

Six hours. Two cities.

Registrations opened and came in across Melbourne and Sydney at the same time. Each person received their own QR ticket on WhatsApp. At the counter, staff scanned it to hand over the order, and each QR could be used once. The owners watched registrations by branch as they arrived.

04 · THE RESULT

2,500 registrations in 6 hours.

Across Melbourne and Sydney, with no manual list at any branch. Chilli India also connects with customers on WhatsApp across 11 restaurant branches.

05 · YOUR BUSINESS

What would your event need?

Your registration form, confirmation and check-in can be planned around your event. We agree the components, staff handovers and information you need before building.
